Refunds & Return Policy
We are extremely proud to offer products with superior quality and vigorous testing. We believe in offering the very best value, quality, and selection to all of our customers and stand behind the quality of our product and guarantee to the original purchaser that our product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 28 days from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your battery or charger. Please allow 12 weeks for processing.
We highly recommend that you return your product via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered exchanges. Clean Smoke is not responsible for reimbursing any shipping fees incurred when returning exchanges.
All exchange requests must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Any package received without a proof of-purchase will be returned to the sender. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. All cartridge, atomizer, and disposable sales are final and cannot be exchanged.
To request a refund you simply send an email request to email@example.com and we will issue a return authorization. Requests must be made by email and submitted with your order information. Products returned without an authorization by email cannot be properly credited. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 60 days of your request for refund. Clean Smoke reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Once your return has been received, a credit to your card or refund check will be issued and an email confirmation will be sent within 30 days.
